Throughout our history, we have constantly sought to strengthen the role of our educators. Continuing education is an essential part of this journey. We promote meetings, both individual and collective, so that everyone can broaden their perspectives on the school day-to-day, exchanging experiences and generating new reflections. An example of this commitment is the Olhares Congress, an internal space where our team meets to discuss the main projects and challenges of each school phase, always with a focus on evolution and the exchange of knowledge.
Collaboration is at the center of our philosophy. Just as children learn together, our teachers also benefit from exchanges between colleagues, collaboratively building a pedagogical path that seeks excellence.
